Mr Hitesh Chavda, Nominated Individual
Hitesh is the company director and nominated individual working alongside the Management Team to ensure that The Manor Residential Home is able to deliver the care and meet the objectives across all aspects of the home. Hitesh has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies, Part Qualified Accountant (CACA), IT Professional, Prince 2 – Project Management Certified and brings a wealth of management and IT experience from other sectors which has been used to ensure continuous process improvements and digitalisation of the home.
Aleshia Teece, Interim Manager - Aleshia is our End of Life and Infection Control Champion. Aleshia has achieved many care awards during her career in care and also won the Palative care award across Leicestershire in 2015 to name a few. Aleshia is also Level 5 qualified in Health and Social Care and Leadership Management. Aleshia skills are imperative for the smooth and effective running of the home.
Kim Ellis - Administration and Training Manager - Kim comes from a corporate sales background and brings to The Manor excellent communication skills reflected in her relationship with residents' families, and assists the Management Team with all administrative duties as well as managing all staff training.
